For initial use, be sure to remove the red protective film separating the earbuds from the charging case. Afterward, return the earbuds to the case, close the lid, and open it again to turn on the earbuds.

How to use the earbuds on PC PS4/5?

Insert the USB-Dongle into the USB port of your device, the earbuds will automatically pair with the Dongle.After successful pairing, the dongle’s light will remain solid. If it’s still blinking, please make sure the earbuds are in dongle mode instead of Bluetooth mode (press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch between the two modes).If the dongle light is solid but there’s still no sound, please check that “SW5” is selected as the output in your device’s sound settings.If there is still no sound, it may be due to low default volume. You can gradually increase the volume by double-tapping the right earbud or adjusting the volume via the Middle Rabbit mobile app.

Issue of No Sound in One Earbud

If one earbud has no sound, press and hold the touch button on the silent earbud for up to 18 seconds. When the earbud’s light turns on, indicating it has powered on, you can release the button. Then, reconnect your device, and the audio should work normally.
