This ZC-2 Camcorder Zoom Controller equipped with a 2.5mm-2.5mm plug and 2.5mm Female-Sony AVR is compatible with the Sony, Canon, and Panasonic camcorders with LANC(2.5mm) jack or AVR jack. It features a clamp and knob for attaching to the tripod’s panhandle for your handy use while shooting. Make it more convenient to control the camcorder to realize many main functions including taking photos, auto-focus, recording start/stop, and variable zoom in/out.

3-Step Installation, easy and solid

1. Loosen the screw of the zoom controller

2. Attach the zoom controller to the tripod handle of the camcorder and tighten the screw

3. Connect the zoom controller to your camcorder using correct remote cord

How to use

(Note: Before inserting the cord, please make sure the camcorder is turned off.)

Turn on the Camcorder and set it to record video. (The indicator on ZC-2 will light up in green when the camcorder is turned on.)Press the red Record button to start the video recording and press it again to stop. (During video recording, the indicator lights up in red.)Press the “W” button to zoom out and press the “T” button to zoom in. (Half pressure is slow, full pressure fast)Half-press the “shutter release button” to realize auto-focus; Full-press it to release the shutter and take pictures.Press the power button to put the camcorder into standby mode (The indicator will light off); Press again to wake up the camcorder.
