1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store.

2) Insert the Nano-SIM card into the correct slot.

3) Power on the camera and Reset the camera, wait for the led indicator turns blue.

4) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the camera.

What countries is this 4G lte security camera available for? Can this 4G LTE cellular camera be used with WiFi?

This 4G Camera Solar Outdoor is compatible in US. Other countries are not compatible.

Not available for WiFi or hotspot connection, but only for 4G SIM Card connection.

Depends on the actual working conditions. Normally, 2-3GB will be enough monthly.

What if my 4G camera suddenly goes offline?

1) Check the your 4G nternet data. Top it up then restart it manually or wait for 1 hour to restart automatically.

2) Check the device battery.

3) Restore the factory settings.
